This imp spawns directly in front of the Runnyeye Entrance, with his PH being An Evil Eye (Beholder's Maze). His spawn seems quite uncommon (perhaps one in twenty). Procs Heat Blood. The respawn is also slightly faster than the rest of the zone at exactly 5:00. Before the Runnyeye Citadel revamp (which also includes the Beholder's Maze), the trick to spawning this named mob is simply to kill all the roaming minotaurs, and Evil Eyes (which themselves spawn rarely from killing minotaurs).
