Lord Yelinak is the leader of the Claws of Veeshan and one of the few remaining first brood - the dragons originally deposited upon Norrath by Veeshan herself. Lord Yelinak and Jaled'Dar (Founder of the Ring of Scale) had many disagreements regarding the role of dragonkind. Yelinak believes that the purpose of dragonkind is the worship of Veeshan while Jaled'Dar believed ruling over Norrath's many races was their divine purpose. Lord Yelinak was the final authority on the sealing of Kerafyrm and the main target of his rampage upon awakening. Casts Ice Breath and Mind Cloud. === Strategy === Lord Yelinak is perma-rooted. His lair is slippery. Make sure everyone has levitation. Rampages. Not slowable. Lord Yelinak's AEs can NOT be LOSed since the zone is flagged outdoors. Belly caster. Wizards: Porlo's Fury (bane) or Lure of Flame; Sunstrike is resisted almost all the time.
