Kobold priest
Level 40 · Kobold · Cleric · Nagafen's Lair
To reach him, walk through a painted false wall between the two hallways which lead to the solusek kobold king and kobold champion's ledges or use levitate to fly to him from either ledge. This guy will repeatedly CH allies through walls within range. If you don't have the burst to kill before it lands, you'll need to take him out first.
