Seen pathing behind the southern most tower in the tundras of Everfrost Peaks. Also seen roaming near the path to the west of the bridge in The Feerrott. Backstabs for 420. Seems to run somewhere between normal run speed and SoW speed. Sadly, this notorious killer has been retired and now cons indifferent to all in both Everfrost and The Feerrott.
