This Sifaye Pixie spawns in the very center of the court. If she isn't up and a knight or chancellor is spawned you will have to kill her placeholder. To do this without losing faction. Harmony the rest of them and pull her away from the group. DoT her up and gate out. Her/PH spawn time is about 14 min.
