Gates. Belly Caster. Casts Electric Blast. Does not have mana to steal but will still GATE! Wizard Notes: Lure of Ice, Lure of Lightning, Lure of Flame all land. Sunstrike and Solist both land pretty reliably but both get partially resisted frequently (but not always); not worth the cost.
