His Glowing Black Sword will allow him to dispel himself of debuffs like slow. Melee are encouraged to disarm him. He briskly patrols between King Tormax's castle and the Arena, stopping at the bank both ways, perhaps to deposit the souls of unwary arena groups who aren't careful when they clear their way in. Every time he visits Tormax's castle, he receives shaman buffs (including SoW) from Yeeldan Spiritcaller. Stopping points in his path are listed in the locations. It is possible to invis trade to turn in Coldain Heads and receive faction while KoS, but it requires snare parking him around a corner or Pacify so you can open trade safely. It is possible to follow him while sneaking and turn in the heads while KOS. His PH is Kael Militia Captain.
