Follows Rissa around the forest area, to Rissa's apparent alarm. Runs at sow speed. Moderately magic resistant. Once it has been aggroed or separated from Rissa, it will despawn if aggro is lost. It does not seem possible to pull Rissa without pulling Bizz; even if harmonied, Bizz will still aggro if Rissa is aggroed. (The reverse is not true though; if you harmony Rissa, Bizz can be pulled away safely, as long as they are slightly separated, as they are when running.) Respawn is slightly longer than the zone timer at 1 hour 11 minutes 20 seconds, there does seem to be about a 10-20 second variance.
