GM rogue hidden away in the smugglers' tunnels near High Keep. He is able to spawn Stanos Herkanor for any rogue of level 50 or higher who tells him they [need to see Stanos]. He has A Smuggler as his placeholder if he has despawned or been killed and a 22 minute respawn time. Take care fighting here, as Cyrla Shadowstepper may assist wither the smuggler or Anson.
