A thought bleeder

Killed in Fear and had no loot. Holds a charm very well, though can die very quickly. There was a sighting in Erud's Crossing. What could it mean!? Also a sighting in Lavastorm Mountains, killed in LS, couldn't directly target had to tab target, couldn't directly loot, had to use /target command, no loot.
