A Spectre

Spectres are foul, floating undead which wield scythes and wear black, hooded cloaks, appearing as grim reapers. They can be found guarding several locations around Norrath that seem to be commonly associated with dark powers. Most will flee under ~20% hp, the highest level spectres may not flee. File:TransparentSpeccy.png Spectres lifetap for 1 point more than their level. ==== Oasis of Marr ==== You can find these spectres in and around the tower on the island in the center of the oasis proper. Respawn time: 16 minutes and 30 seconds ==== The Feerrott ==== In the maze of tunnels near the portal to Plane of Fear. Respawn time: 6 minutes and 40 seconds in Feerrott ==== Ocean of Tears ==== On the Haunted Island south of seafuries. Respawn time: 6 minutes ==== Qeynos Aqueducts ==== Near the Temple of Bertoxxulous. These seem to be much stronger than other spectres and have negative faction hits towards Human Necro/SK guilds. Respawn time: 22 minutes
