This is Jeb Lumsed the master enchanter in disguise. He starts the enchanter epic quest and accepts the final turn in. Will give you an Enchanters Sack. If killed he has a very long respawn time of 72 hours. To clarify misinformation on the Allakhazam website regarding the sarnak imitator, he is a separate spawn point from the other three sarnaks in the building as shown: File:SarnakImitator.PNG
