A sarnak courier

This rare Sarnak can be found wandering in the SE corner of the Lake of Ill Omen as well as by the ruins next to the lake (#9 in the EQAtlas map). His spawns are 30 seconds, meaning if you kill a monster and another spawns in 30 seconds, that's a place he can spawn. He drops the {{:Iksar Left Hand}}, required for the Shackle of Rock quest. While you might want to prioritize these mobs less when clearing, because they ''could'' be placeholders you still have to clear them.
